23rd Jan 2009 - Bare-bones pub serving the local estate. First impressions might be a little uninviting but that isn't fair to the pub. When we visited the Bell was quiet with only a handful of punters, nevertheless we found the place very welcoming and quite relaxed in atmosphere. The interior is bright but basic, though does benefit from having both a dartboard and small pool table. Not a massively adventurous selection of beverages on offer though the Guinness was good.
