Wine Tasting 'South American Adventure'

We're heading South West for September's tasting as we take a trek through the wines of South America - a continent that produces some of the best value wines of the world.

Most people are familiar with the delights of Argentinean Malbec (one of the big wine success stories of the last decade), and the more enlightened amongst you may be regular drinkers of Chilean Carmenere, but there's a wealth of vinous excitement to be had if you lace up your walking boots and head off into the unknown.

Did you know that Brazil is currently making some brilliant sparkling wines? Or that Uraguay has its own 'Malbec', another Southern French grape Tannat? Or even down South in Chile there's a valley called Bio-Bio that produces some truly amazing Pinot Noir and Riesling?

Brush up on your Spanish and Portuguese and be prepared for an adventure.
