23rd Nov 2018 - I would most definitely recommend this pub. Firstly, the atmosphere is second to none: Friendly, diverse, with a wide selection of all types drinks...oh and reasonably priced too. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The food is yummy and swiftly delivered, with a Sunday Roast to-die-for!

25th Oct 2008 - A great sports pub! Shows all the football games, serves some of the cheapest beers in the area and the food is good pub food at a very reasonable price. Plus a nice outdoor area in the summer, you just have to ignore the main road next to it.

2nd Aug 2005 - An inn in the middle of a huge council housing area in Hackney, but still not far from trendy Hoxton. This is THE cheapest place you'll find in the area, offering jugs of beer deals etc. Quiz night is Thursday and they have a bbq from 2-7 on Sundays. Big beer garden with umbrellas over the tables. But the all-year-round colourful fairy lights and well maintained flowerbeds in the beer garden don't distract quite enough from the busy road, 40s style rectangle of a building and local-feel.
