Reviews of The White Hart

Staff (Averaging 2.9 from 238 reviews)
21st Feb 2008 - Purporting to be Londons oldest licensed establishment, the White Hart is a bit of an odd place. Bits of the shell of the pub do look to be very old indeed, whereas the main dining area appears merely Victorian in age, and the decor and paint job only serve to confuse things. It doesn't quite know whether it's a pub or a bar, and the back room is more community centre canteen than either. Beer selection is largely lager which will disappoint some but the staff were quick and courteous and for all the failings the atmosphere was jovial and friendly. There are worse places to end up.
